When we provide equipment setup services:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourg law, zenvarionyx.top SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Photography results may vary based on environmental conditions and food presentation factors.

Force Majeure
